Pistachio Kulfi Recipe : Mouth watering comes on hearing the name of Kulfi, if you get Kulfi after eating in summer season, then it is fun. You can also make this fun kulfi at home and surprise your family members. Make a cold ice-cold house by adding saffron, milk, pistachios and almonds.
Ingredients for making pistachio kulfi : Milk, cream, cardamom, sugar, almonds and saffron are needed to make kulfi. Cooked on low heat to make Kulfi. When the milk becomes thick, sugar, cream, almond and saffron are added alternately. After this, keep it in the fridge to freeze.
How to serve Pistachio Kulfi : Garnish the Kulfi with nuts and work and serve it immediately.

- 1 liter milk, full cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp saffron
- 4-5 cardamom
- 2 tablespoons almonds
- 1/4 tsp saffron

How to make Pistachio Kulfi
- 1.Take milk in a large pan and stir it continuously on low-medium flame.
- 2.When the milk remains half, then reduce the heat. The milk will thicken in 30 to 40 minutes.
- 3.When the milk is fully cooked, it will look like thick cream and bubbles will appear in the middle of the pan.
- 4.Add sugar and saffron in it, after a boil cook it for a minute or two.
- 5.After this add cardamom and turn off the heat.
- 6.Then when it cools down, add some nuts to it and save some for garnishing.
- 7.Mix it well and turn it into molds.
- 8.Keep it in the fridge to cool down.
- 9.Take out the molds from the fridge and with the help of a knife pour the ice cream into the serving bowl.
